Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime in one click from Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Within 14 days of your first subscription payment you get a full refund if no videos have been rendered on it, or wherever the consumer law of your country gives you that right.

Unused top-up packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.

After 14 days, cancelling stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the paid billing period. We don't refund partial periods.
